Introducing Phoebe!! Phoebe is a sweet, affectionate special needs little Iggy girl. She has a spinal injury from being attacked by another dog four years ago and has limited feeling and use of her hind legs.
Having said that... Nothing slows Phoebe down when she wants to get somewhere! She gets around well enough on the foster home's ceramic tile floors using mostly her front legs and gliding along. She has a wheelchair for outdoors or rooms with carpeting.
Phoebe would love nothing better than to be able to snuggle under a blankie on your lap or beside you on the couch or bed, but needs you there to keep her from diving off the bed or couch when she wants to chase or get down for any reason.
