Here comes Prince!! He is such a handsome and affectionate, high-energy puppy.
Prince got a rough start in life, with his mother passing away within his first two weeks of life. He and his litter-mates had to be bottle-fed until they were old enough to wean from the bottle. Despite his rough start, Prince is a very healthy and sturdy pup and flies around the house with joyful abandon. Did we say he was high-energy? Pretty much a typical puppy. He gets the zoomies predictably around bed time every night.
Prince is a work in progress because he was not trained at all before he came into rescue. He is learning sit, wait, walking nicely on leash, and LEAVE IT. He would do best in a home with at least one other active dog. Cats are ok, but he can play rough with a cat that won't put him in his place.
Once he is a little better trained, we believe he will be a great dog for agility or possibly other performance sports. He is still a little shy in public but is working on his social skills.
